What is keyboard programming?

Are these tracks?
We do not provide tracks or prerecorded music. Our keyboard programming is based on the licensed orchestrations and is intended to be played live by musicians.
What equipment do I need?
For each player, you will need a Macintosh computer, an audio interface, and a keyboard. Click here to learn more about the equipment you'll need and how to set it up.
Pricing
Do you offer bundle discounts?
For most shows, we offer a discount when you rent more than one keyboard. The discount is applied automatically in your cart.
Do you offer nonprofit or educational discounts?
MagicFox is committed to supporting live theatre by offering additional discounts to nonprofit and educational organizations that meet certain criteria. Qualifying organizations are given a coupon code to be used at checkout.

What is your refund policy?
Our primary goal is customer satisfaction by providing outstanding materials.
We strive for complete transparency by freely providing a patch guide for every keyboard book. We hope this inspires confidence that our programming will match your rented materials.
Should you experience an issue with our programming, please contact us right away so we can address it.
Due to the digital nature of these products, we are unable to provide refunds.
Orders
How do I receive the programming?
When an order is approved, we will send an email with a temporary download link.
If you're new to MainStage or MagicFox, we've created a brief tutorial to help get you started.
How quickly will I receive the download link?
Most orders are approved and fulfilled within one business day.
Misc
Can you make modifications for us?
Song transposition services are available for an additional fee.
Otherwise, we are generally unable to provide custom programming modifications for your production.
Should you find a discrepancy between the sheet music and programming, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to assist.
